Guidelines for Transparency of Relationships with Medical Institutions

Excel Creates Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") aims to ensure the transparency and reliability of its relationships with medical institutions, etc. in its corporate activities, and to gain a broad understanding that it is contributing to the development of life sciences, including medicine and medical engineering, as a member of the medical device-related industry, and that corporate activities are conducted with a high level of ethics. Information on funding for medical institutions and medical personnel will be disclosed.
In all activities, the Company shall ensure the transparency of its relationships with medical institutions, etc. in accordance with the spirit of the Code of Ethics, Charter of Corporate Conduct, and Medical Device Industry Promotion Code, as well as the "Code of Fair Competition in the Medical Device Industry" established by the Medical Device Industry Fair Trade Council established by the Japan Medical Device Industry Federation.
